Mindful Photography
We all know that walking in nature is good for us. But have you ever got home and realised you were so busy turning over ideas or worries in your mind that you'd not noticed your surroundings or felt the benefit?
Join Jeanne Booth for a walk in Nanpantan Hall's beautiful grounds or, if it's raining hard, the period house itself. She will show you exercises you can do to toggle your brain from ruminating to relaxed and creative mode just using your camera-phone (on silent). It's a practice you'll be able to take away and give yourself a restorative mini-break with as little as ten minutes.
Monday 4.15pm. (time to be confirmed)
